Managing Partner, VistaWealth Office™
William Seyfarth
Managing Partner, VistaWealth Office™ — integrated wealth planning for executives, business owners, family offices and charities.
William (Bill) Seyfarth is Managing Partner, VistaWealth Office™ at Vistamark Investments, where he leads a centralized team focused on delivering integrated wealth planning and advisory services to corporate executives, business owners, family offices and charitable institutions.
Bill has advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families since 2018. He began at Dimensional Fund Advisors, then spent more than two years with Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management, Goldman Sachs’ financial counseling business for corporate executives. He went on to advise clients at Keebeck Wealth Management and, from 2023 to 2025, was a Financial Advisor at AllianceBernstein before joining Vistamark.
That background shapes how he works with families. Corporate executives and business owners tend to hold much of their wealth in one company, through equity compensation, deferred pay or the business itself, and their decisions cut across investments, tax, estate planning and giving at once. Bill coordinates those decisions in one plan, works alongside clients’ tax and estate attorneys, and uses the VistaWealth Office™ client platform, where each family’s balance sheet, spending and wealth projections to age 100, charitable and estate plans and portfolio reporting live in one place, to show how each choice affects the family’s goals over time.
Bill co-leads the VistaWealth Office™ with Sean McEvilly and Matt Rice. A new relationship begins with a no-obligation conversation about goals and the balance sheet, then a full gathering of the details — accounts, entities, compensation, tax posture and estate documents — before a written proposal with fees fully disclosed. From there the team implements the portfolio and planning strategies and holds regular planning reviews with the family.
Recognized for building enduring client partnerships, Bill is a contributing author of Think Like a Family Office (2026), Matt Rice’s 26-chapter guide to running a family’s wealth with the discipline of an institutional investment office. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Northwestern University in 2011 and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kansas in 2017, holds the Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, and is registered as an investment adviser representative in Illinois and Arizona.
Bill serves on the Board of Directors of Team Pulte and as an Auxiliary Board Member of The Leukemia Research Foundation, and volunteers with Misericordia and Bernie’s Book Bank.
